It is with a happy and grateful heart that I email you this morning about one of your Real Estate Agents, Gillian Ragan.
As a founder and the licensee of Heritage Realty, I believe it is of great importance that you become aware of your agents conduct and representation of, indeed your name and the reputation of your company!
We have no complaints or concerns from Wayne nor myself, about Gillian Ragan, who we engaged as our agent in March of this year.
Gillian's conduct throughout the process of selling our home, was professional, considerate, diligent, honest and delivered what she said she would deliver!
The advice, guidance and direction given by Gillian to both us the seller, and the new owner, was at all times not only down to earth and honest, but represented the duties and responsibilities set out in the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978, to;
act in good faith and exercise due skill, care and diligence;
act in the best interests of their clients; and
be honest in their dealings with all persons involved in a transaction.
As we have been searching for a new home, sadly this is not at all the conduct that we have seen being displayed by other agents representing this industry, which is very concerning and disappointing. I guess that Gillain has indeed 'paved the way' and set the bar at a height that I believe everyone should expect and have the positive experience of, when selling or buying a home, we are so grateful that this has been our experience with Gillian.
It is no wonder and definitely no surprise that I note that Gillian has been recognized with the Agent of the year awards 'Rate my Agent "For going above and beyond for their clients'' - Actually Gillian didn't just go above and beyond for us, her clients, but she demonstrated thoughtfulness, and kindness, helping the buyer of our home who does not live in Australia, make various arrangements, to make this process for him and his large family and smooth and stress free one (as much as this can be done!).
Emails, phone calls, the organization of other extremely professional external teams of people and businesses that prepared our home, both pre and post sale, the questions asked and questions answered were at times responded to immediately, (but definitely within the hour, even made from another country!) truthful, factual and always helpful with our feelings, concerns and responses being of utmost importance to Gillian.

Mr Wu, I have always believed in "Praise where Praise is due '', so thus my email. However, It must also go to you as Management, as decisions and the way you run your business is reflected in your staff.
